Sleep Theory is an American rock band from Memphis, Tennessee, formed in 2019 by vocalist Cullen Moore, a U.S. Army veteran. Known for blending alternative metal, hard rock, nu-metal, and R&B, they gained fame with their debut single "Another Way" (2023), which went viral on TikTok. Their debut EP, Paper Hearts, topped iTunes charts with over 33 million streams. In 2025, they released their first album, Afterglow, under Epitaph Records. The band is celebrated for energetic live shows and has performed with Shinedown, Beartooth, and Falling in Reverse.
